Our Business Administration program prepares students for employment in the fields of accounting, budgeting, financial services, management or marketing. There are a variety of employment opportunities in these fields including business operations managers, financial services providers and marketing specialists.
By entering the Office Systems Technology program, students can earn an Associate degree to become office managers, administrative professionals or executive assistants, or hold other clerical, information processing or administrative support positions.
Our Small Business Management program prepares entrepreneurs to establish, operate or enhance the success of new or existing small businesses. The Association/Nonprofit Management program prepares students for employment opportunities that include assistants and managers in governmental agencies, associations and other nonprofit organizations.
The A. A. S. in Business Administration will prepare you for many entry-level positions in business. The degree will also upgrade your skills for promotion in positions such as customer relations representative, office manager, administrative assistant or supervisor of a department office, or program.
The A. S. degree in Management will prepare you for a number of entry-level positions in business. It can also prepare you to pursue a Bachelor of Science in Management at a Florida-based university. The A. S. degree in Office Systems Technology will prepare you for entry-level administrative positions in an office. Students will also be prepared to take the Microsoft Office Specialist exam.
Students who successfully complete the business programs at TCC will demonstrate increased skill and ability as well as the breadth of business knowledge in areas such as communication, decision analysis and interpersonal relationships.
